Fine-tuned Model
Impact Assistant uses a fine-tuned model based on the new gpt-4 base model. We have included our own proprietary guidance on evaluation frameworks, report structures, and donor requirements to provide an assistant that can give you the most up to date answers possible.
Contextual Grounding
Traditional AI models will use huge amounts of data to train a model with a static knowledge base. We blend these models with grounding techniques to ensure that the Impact Assistant can answer questions using up to date results from your Torch tenant. This ensures that we maintain user permissions when talking to Impact Assistant, remove the risk of the Impact Assistant talking to you about a project that you do not have access to, and reduce hallucinations.
Automated Analysis
Impact Assistant is designed to save you time. It can automatically analyse the results of a specific indicator, all of the indicators for a specific element, or your entire project. This is the first step in our goal to reducing the time it takes teams to produce reports for clients on an ongoing basis.
